Vola Kennedy


Vola has enjoyed many years of teaching manual and automatic vehicles to students from many locations and all walks of life.

Vola is a Master Driver Trainer and Keys2Drive accredited Trainer.

Her interests include family, gardening, travel and the theatre.




Vic Sheahan


Vic was first accredited in 1987 and teaches car, heavy vehicle, motorcycle and Q-ride Trainer and Assessor.

He has also received Master Driver Trainer and Keys2Drive trainer accreditation and is a RYDA facilitator.

His interests include family, indoor bowling and camping.




Cyril Mcgregor


Cyril was first accredited in 1999 and since that time has progressed to Master Driver Trainer and accredited Keys2Drive Trainer.

He teaches manual car in Toowoomba, Gatton and Laidley and is a RYDA facilitator.

His personal interests include family, gardening and fishing.




Shianne Jenkin


I have been a manual driver trainer with TK’s Driving School since 2007.

I enjoy teaching the students to be careful, courteous drivers and get a thrill out of it when they succeed. It’s the start of a new chapter in their life.

I enjoy touring around, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.




Kees Van Kerkwijk


After spending a great deal of my life on the land it was time for a new career.

I have had my accreditation as a driver trainer with Cert IV since 2000. I teach only manual and enjoy the challenge it sometimes brings.

My personal interests have been travel, construction and family.




Denis Browne


From a previous career as a Draftsman, Denis made the change in 2006, and became a qualified driver trainer in 2007.

Denis taught with Brisbane based driving schools for over 7 years before moving to Toowoomba to join TK’s in 2015.

Denis teaches manual and enjoys the variety of different personalities, experiences and backgrounds of his students, some of which have special needs.

His interests are varied and include bushwalking, tennis and music.




Greg Finch


Greg has been involved in the Road Transport Industry for many years and holds heavy vehicle, machinery, motorbike and watercraft licenses.

He has been quite competitive in Motorsport and has competed in speedway, touring cars, sprints, and advanced driver training courses with BMW, Jeff Brabham at Lakeside and Ferrari in Las Vegas.




Mike McCosker


I have been a driver trainer for 12months after a career with Downs Office Equipment in sales and marketing for 27 years.

My real enjoyment is the success of my students from a very basic driving knowledge to test standard.

My interests include walking, golf, gardening and grandkids.




Deborah Guy


I’ve been a driver trainer with TK’s Driving School since June 2012.

I enjoy teaching automatic and have had many great students.

I also instruct line dancing and enjoy listening to most types of music.




Andrew Finch


Andrew was taught by TK’s Driving School when he was a teenager.

He has been an Accredited Driver Trainer since 2002. Andrew is passionate about helping International, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students achieve positive outcomes and has undergone specific training in Social Work and Indigenous Studies.

Andrew enjoys competing in Motor Sport and mechanics.




Roy Lorenz


Roy has been involved in the road transport industry for many years both as a professional driver and accredited driver trainer.

He holds heavy vehicle, machinery, motorbike and watercraft licences.

As a driver trainer he is passionate about teaching habits that will make drivers safe for life.




Kim Boyes


Kim was first accredited in 2000.

Teaches manual car and enjoys working with teenager and first time learner drivers.

Her interests include animals, travel and rehabilitation of wildlife.




Bryan Barbor


My background is one of heavy vehicles, earthmoving and hydraulics.

My interests include motorsport, woodworking and music.

I enjoy helping people to achieve their independence by gaining a driving licence.
